Consultation: South Wigston High School RSE Policy 2025

South Wigston High School, part of the Learning without Limits Academy Trust, is reviewing its RSE policy in response to updated guidance from the Department for Education. The RSE policy covers Relationships Education, Relationships and Sex Education and Physical Health and Mental Well-being. Before any changes are made we are running a consultation to ensure the policy meets the needs of our learners, parents/carers and reflects the community we serve.

This consultation will run from Friday 10th October until Friday 14th November 2025. After this date the Principal and the Trust Chief Administrative Officer will meet to consider the responses gathered. The final version of the policy will be submitted to the Board of Trustees for approval. We will then publish the approved RSE Policy on our website.
